2026 Summer Shipping Break Is In Effect
Our annual summer shipping break is now in effect. Shipping of orders will resume mid-September.
Manual Checkout
We are now using a Manual Checkout process. This process allows us to verify orders before processing payment and also eliminates the Paypal checkout which some users found problematic. You will receive an invoice with a payment link after we review your order. The invoice can be paid with or without logging into PayPal.
Shipping and Sales Tax – US Customers
US Flat Rate Shipping is included in the cart. Sales Tax for California shipping addresses will be added during order review.
Shipping – non-US Customers
Global Post Standard shipping cost for non-US shipping addresses will be added during order review. We routinely ship directly to Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Customers in the EU and other regions are encouraged to first contact our distributor Coastal DCC.
General Shipping information
We try to maintain inventory and ship orders quickly. Sometimes supply chain challenges result in delays, and we will keep you updated if this happens. We set the basic shipping charge as close to actual cost as possible. Orders are generally shipped using USPS. If you would like to add insurance or make other shipping arrangements such as UPS, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Orders shipped to non-US addresses
We do our best to provide the appropriate customs declarations to the shipping company. Once the order is shipped, the buyer has full responsibility for all costs, import regulation compliance and other risks, including but not limited to duty, customs charges, taxes and shipping charges for a returned shipment. We currently ship internationally to Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Static Sensitivity
Products sensitive to static discharge are shipped in static-shielded packaging to ensure they are protected. If installing in an environment where static is present, please follow common sense precautions including: keeping the board in the static-shielded packaging until needed; discharge yourself immediately before handling; don’t walk around while handling. The products are very robust once they are mounted and properly wired.
Summer Shipping Break
We take an extended shipping break every summer to explore our beautiful country. During the break no orders are processed, however arrangements can be made for emergency replacements of the main system components. The summer break is announced well in advance over multiple channels so users can minimize any impact on layout construction. Note that Product Support never takes a break!
